Wherever possible we use local organic & seasonal produce for our menus. We also have big plans for the Estate and in the near future we hope to be able to open our own farm deli, selling produce from our kitchen gardens & farming business.
As with everything else at the Lodge we like to be as flexible as possible so if you have something particular you want, let us know and we’ll see if we can add it to your menu.
